Allison Smith Hernandez wins the Ohio Museums Association 2022 "Emerging Professional of the Year" award!

Allison Smith Hernandez wins the Ohio Museums Association 2022 "Emerging Professional of the Year" award. A double alumnus of Kent State University–holding a B.F.A. and M.F.A. in studio art with a concentration in textiles–Allison worked at the Kent State School of Art Collection & Galleries and the Massillon Museum before joining Transformer Station and FRONT teams in 2018. She quickly rose to become Transformer Station's Gallery Manager and FRONT's Operations & Digital Media Manager. A multi-talented arts administrator, Allison is poised to contribute in important ways to the arts & culture community in Northeast Ohio. The FRONT team is so proud of Allison and grateful for the recognition by the Ohio Museums Association.
