ACTIVATE returns in June showcasing physically-distant + socially-relevant work to our neighbors in the Detroit-Shoreway and Cleveland community. Our two large windows that face the corner of W 54th and Detroit Ave will be activated by artistic voices of Cleveland throughout the every weekend this month. This year two artists — one live performer, one visual — will create a performance or installation based on the four Tarot card suits: Wands, Pentacles, Swords, Cups.
Audiences will be able to view the work from the sidewalk, and is free and open to the public! Join us every Friday at 7pm to kick off the weekend with a light reception sponsored by our friends at Astoria Cafe & Market
