Artist Talk: Haseeb Ahmed in Conversation with Heavy Color

Join us at SPACES for an artist talk with Haseeb Ahmed in conversation with Heavy Color.

The talk will begin at 7:00PM with a listening session and viewing of Ahmed's exhibit, Cleveland: Taming the Horror Vacui.

This in-person event is free and open to the public. Guests are encouraged to wear masks and maintain social distance from staff and others as much as possible.

From the Artist:

What do the winds that flow in and around Cleveland carry? This project creates calls upon hobbyists and community members to model their own city for a custom-built wind tunnel in SPACES to answer this question. The projected result will be a film, installation with a score composed by the band Heavy Color (Toledo, OH) which explores the relationship between the flow of time and the flow of wind.
