CLEVELAND, Ohio – The numbers are in for the inaugural edition of the FRONT International: Cleveland Triennial for Contemporary Art, and founder Fred Bidwell said he’s pleased.

An economic impact study produced by the Center for Economic Development at Cleveland State University shows that the triennial – the biggest art exhibit ever held in Northeast Ohio – achieved attendance of over 227,000 between July 14 and Sept. 30, plus an economic impact of $31.2 million.
